From Hidden to Here
About
LiveSeen.
A movement built to acknowledge, uplift, and celebrate people living with chronic disease — because no one should feel unseen.
Our Mission
The LiveSeen Walk exists to acknowledge, uplift, and celebrate people living with chronic disease.
We exist to recognize the strength it takes to move forward when the world cannot see what you carry. Through community walks, shared stories, and visible advocacy, we create spaces where people living with invisible and chronic conditions are met, listened to, and celebrated — no matter where they are on their journey.
Our Vision
We envision a world where no one living with chronic illness feels unseen.
A world where every person is met with understanding, community, and the recognition they deserve. Where the invisible becomes visible, the isolated become connected, and the strength it takes to keep going is honored — not overlooked.
Who We Are
A movement for the unseen.
The LiveSeen Walk was born from a simple truth: millions of people live with chronic conditions that the world cannot see — conditions that may not be visible to others but shape every day of their lives. Many struggle to get diagnosed, feel invalidated by those around them, or carry the weight of their illness in isolation.
We build community by bringing people together — one walk, one story, one shared experience at a time. We acknowledge the monumental strength it takes to move forward when no one can see what you're carrying. And we celebrate the progress people have made, however large or small, because every step forward deserves recognition.
Through organized sponsored walks and individual observation walks, through stories shared and voices amplified, through resources offered and community built — we make the invisible seen. We meet people where they are, walk beside them, and remind them that they are not alone.
