From Hidden to Here
YOU ARE
SEEN.
A movement recognizing those living with invisible chronic conditions. Building community, amplifying voice, and celebrating every step forward — no matter how small.
Can't find a walk near you? That's ok — you can still join the movement by creating an individual walk.
Suggest a WalkA Global Invitation
While the inaugural LiveSeen Walk takes place in Pennsylvania, its purpose reaches far beyond one location. This is a global invitation to honor the progress made in each person's journey and to recognize the power of being seen, acknowledged, and connected with others who understand.
Through Individual Walk Registration anyone can participate—regardless of zip code, pace, or path. Take your dog for a walk, gather friends for a lap around the mall, log time at the gym, or create your own meaningful way to mark the progress you are celebrating.
We use the word "walk" as a shared symbol, not a limitation. Participation is not limited to physical ambulation. If disability, illness, or circumstance changes how you move, we welcome the ways you engage: emotionally, cognitively, spiritually, creatively, or in community.
This is a walk from hidden to here—a celebration of resilience, connection, and every step, pause, breakthrough, and act of courage that has brought you forward.
September 20 · The Inaugural Walk
A gathering of visibility, solidarity, and hope.

The LiveSeen Walk is not a race toward a finish line, nor a demand to "overcome" illness. It is an invitation to acknowledge the distance each person has already traveled and to celebrate the courage it takes to keep going.
Together, participants move from hidden to here:
- Here in community
- Here in connection
- Here in courage
- Here in understanding
- Here in the progress made today
Whether a person's step forward is speaking up, seeking support, adapting to a new reality, educating others, or simply showing up — every journey deserves to be seen.
