Assumption of Risk
& Event Terms.

Attendance at the LiveSeen Walk is voluntary. By entering the LiveSeen Walk premises or participating in LiveSeen Walk activities, attendees acknowledge and accept the ordinary risks associated with the LiveSeen Walk, including risks of personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Attendees agree to comply with Event and venue rules and to follow directions from LiveSeen Walk staff. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The LiveSeen Walk, WSCN, and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, sponsors, and venue partners disclaim responsibility for claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from attendance at or participation in the LiveSeen Walk, except to the extent caused by conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
