The first LiveSeen Walk — a gathering of visibility, solidarity, and hope for people living with chronic disease, especially illnesses that cannot always be seen. We launch in September with specific recognition of critical invisible challenges highlighted across the month: 988 Day, Suicide Prevention Awareness Month / National Suicide Prevention Week, World Narcolepsy Day, National Recovery Month, World Heart Day, and World Alzheimer's Day. The LiveSeen Walk is not a race toward a finish line, nor a demand to 'overcome' illness. It is an invitation to acknowledge the distance each person has already traveled and to celebrate the courage it takes to keep going. Together, participants move from hidden to here: • Here in community • Here in connection • Here in courage • Here in understanding • Here in the progress made today Whether a person's step forward is speaking up, seeking support, adapting to a new reality, educating others, or simply showing up — every journey deserves to be seen. Made possible through the support of the Wellness, Sleep and Circadian Network — The WSCN Community Vitality Fund. Connection changes what is possible.
