I'm walking because narcolepsy doesn't need more silence — it needs witnesses. For years I've watched people living with this condition be dismissed, doubted, and overlooked. Awareness isn't a luxury; it's the bridge between invisible illness and public understanding. That's exactly why I walk for the LiveSeen Walk.
Its mission — "Hidden lives. Visible together." — is what advocacy is meant to look like: not speaking for people, but making space for them to be seen. Every step I take is one more person who learns what narcolepsy really is.

This is a personal observation walk. There's no sign-up — others are welcome to walk in solidarity on the same day, wherever they are.
